1. Who is responsible
Make AI Influencer is the service brand. The responsible legal entity and postal address have not been provided, so this brand is not represented here as a legal entity. See the Contact page for the remaining details that need confirmation.
2. Information we handle
- Account details: your name, email address and password credential when you create an account or sign in. Authentication is provided through Neon Auth.
- Creative activity: character settings, prompts, generation requests, uploaded reference material and generated images or other media you choose to create.
- Service and transaction details: credit balances, generation status, support messages and, if provider-hosted checkout is enabled, payment status and transaction references. In that case, full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor.
- Technical information: security and diagnostic logs, session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and limited site-usage analytics.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide the character-building and media-generation service; store and deliver requested content; manage credits and payments if enabled; respond to support requests; prevent abuse and protect the service; and meet legal obligations. We do not use account passwords for advertising.
4. AI generation and service providers
When you request AI-generated media, the creative inputs needed for that request may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the model provider selected for the feature. Those providers process inputs and outputs under their own terms and privacy practices. The operator must publish the active provider list and confirm each provider's retention and model-training settings before generation is offered publicly.
The service is built using Vercel hosting and analytics, Neon Auth and database services, and Vercel Blob storage for private media. Stripe may process payments if checkout is enabled. These vendors act as service providers for the functions they deliver; their current roles and any additional vendors should be reviewed before publication.
5. Cookies and analytics
Authentication and security features use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for the service to work. Vercel Web Analytics is loaded in production to understand site usage. Review the analytics configuration and applicable consent requirements for the regions where the service is offered before launch.
6. Sharing and selling
We share information with the service providers described above, when needed to deliver a feature; with professional advisers or authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not promise that an AI provider will never retain or use a generation input; check the active provider settings before submitting sensitive material.
7. Retention and security
We keep account information and content while needed to provide the service, protect it, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. A fixed retention schedule and account-deletion workflow have not been confirmed and must be added before launch. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. A working privacy contact must be published before users are asked to exercise these rights.
9. Children and changes
The service is not designed for children who are not legally able to create an account in their location. Do not submit another person's personal information without permission. We may update this notice when the service or applicable requirements change; the revision date above will be updated when that happens.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the monitored privacy contact shown on the Contact page. That email and the responsible business address still need to be supplied by the operator.
