1. The service and operator
These terms apply when you access Make AI Influencer, create an account or use its tools. The service is operated under the Make AI Influencer brand. The responsible legal entity and postal address must be added on the Contact page before launch. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to rights that cannot be limited by law.
3. Your content and generated media
You remain responsible for the prompts, reference material and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and request a generation. You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You give the service a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, transmit and store those inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested features.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other results or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing each result, respecting third-party rights, and clearly identifying fictional or AI-generated characters where required. No exclusive ownership or guaranteed commercial-use right is granted by these draft terms; any commercial-use license must be confirmed in the final terms before paid checkout opens.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, create deceptive impersonations, upload material without permission, misrepresent AI-generated media as an actual person or event, harm or exploit a child, evade safety controls, or interfere with the service. We may restrict content or access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service or the public.
5. Credits, pricing and refunds
The current pricing page states that credit pack credits do not expire and that checkout is not live. No payment is due merely to preview the builder. If paid features are enabled, the price, credit cost, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund rules must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Those final billing and refund terms are not yet supplied; do not launch checkout until they are published.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature for maintenance, safety, legal or operational reasons. We will provide notice where required by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and AI-generated results are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. The final limitation-of-liability language and any mandatory consumer protections must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service operates before launch.
8. Governing law and contact
The governing law and dispute venue cannot be specified until the responsible business location and target market are confirmed. Questions about these terms should be sent to the monitored contact listed on the Contact page; that email address still needs to be supplied.
